Toilet Ribbon Wrap
How it's done
Wrap festive ribbon or paper around the toilet bowl and lid to resemble a wrapped gift presentation. Place the elf on top of the toilet seat or lid, positioned as if it's the "bow" completing the present wrapping. Use coordinating colors and secure the ribbon neatly to maintain the gift-like appearance.
Should be fine around pets as long as you place it out of reach.
