All printables are designed for US Letter (8.5"×11"). They fit equally well on A4 with no scaling changes.

Can I customize the elf's name in the letters?

Yes — the fillable PDFs will have editable name fields once they ship. For the first version, blanks with a tasteful underline are standard, so you can hand-write the elf's name.
